What's New for Thriving Lawns Customers: Your Portal, Programs and More

If you're a Thriving Lawns customer, a few things have changed this fall that make it easier to see what's happening with your lawn and to handle the business side without phone tag. Here's a quick tour.

Your own customer portal

Every customer now has an account at [portal.thriving-lawns.com](https://portal.thriving-lawns.com/login). Sign in with the email address I have on file. You can get a one-time sign-in link by email (no password needed), use Google, or set a password if you like.

Once you're in, you can:

  • See your next visit and every visit planned for the season
  • Read your service reports: what was done, what I noticed, photos from the visit, and any watering or mowing instructions
  • Pay an invoice or turn on autopay
  • Update your payment method whenever you want
  • Ask to move a visit to a different day
  • Leave gate codes, pet notes or anything else I should know before I arrive
  • Turn day-before reminders on or off

On a phone, you can add it to your home screen and it works like an app.

A new business number: (984) 238-8886

Texts and calls from me now come from (984) 238-8886. Save it as "Thriving Lawns" so you know it's me. Text that number any time with a question or a photo of something weird in your yard.

Three program levels

Lawn programs now come in three levels, so you can pick how much you want done:

  • Essentials: the core program. Pre-emergents, feedings and weed control through the season.
  • Complete: everything in Essentials plus a late-spring feeding and summer insect protection. This is the program most of you are on today.
  • Premium: everything in Complete plus fall core aeration and overseeding (fescue), disease prevention during brown patch season, a soil test with lime as needed, a fall Poa annua treatment, and priority scheduling.

Pay the way that works for you

  • Per visit: you're billed after each visit.
  • Monthly: the season's cost split into 12 equal payments, on autopay.
  • Prepay: pay for the season up front and save 5%.

There are still no contracts and no cancellation fees. Prices are posted on the website, and you can see the price for your yard in about 10 seconds.

Lock in 2027

If you're on a program this year, you'll see a "Send me my 2027 options" button on your portal home page between now and January. Tap it and I'll send your options and price for next season, with your spot on the route held.

Free tools on the website

  • Lawn library: photos and plain-English write-ups of the weeds, diseases and insects we see around Raleigh.
  • Free photo checkup: send me a photo and I'll tell you what it is and what I'd do.
  • This week's lawn water: how much water a Raleigh lawn needs this week, based on measured rain and evaporation.

Questions about any of it? Text me at (984) 238-8886.
