These terms cover services from Thriving Lawns, a lawn care business in Raleigh, NC operated by Thriving Lawns LLC, formerly Mosquito Free Triangle LLC (“Thriving Lawns,” “we,” “I”). By requesting an estimate, approving an estimate, or receiving service, you agree to them.

Service

Programs and one-time services are described on your estimate. Visit dates are approximate: I time applications around the weather, so a visit may move a few days earlier or later. Products are applied by an NC-licensed pesticide applicator according to their labels. Please keep children and pets off treated areas until sprays have dried, and follow the care notes I send after each visit.

Pricing, billing and cancellation

Prices are on your estimate. There are no long-term contracts. Depending on the plan you choose:

• Pay after each visit: you are charged, or sent an invoice, after each visit is completed. You can stop anytime by contacting us.
• Monthly autopay: the price of 12 months of visits is split into 12 equal monthly payments, charged automatically to the bank account or card you save (card payments include a processing fee). Your 12 months start with the next scheduled visit. The plan renews every 12 months at the then-current price until you cancel; we will tell you in advance of any price change.
• Prepay: one payment for the next 12 months of visits, with a 5% prepay discount. The prepay discount doesn’t combine with other discounts: customers who already have a standing discount keep that instead.

Cancelling a monthly or prepaid plan. You can cancel anytime by contacting David by email, text or phone. When you cancel, visits already completed are billed at the regular per-visit price (for prepaid plans, the 5% prepay discount no longer applies). If you have paid more than that amount, we refund the difference within 10 days. If you have paid less, the remaining balance is due. Future visits are cancelled and no further automatic payments are taken.

Program payments are made by monthly autopay, prepayment, or a bank account or card saved on file and charged after each visit. Other invoices are due on receipt and can be paid online by bank transfer or card (card payments include the processing fee shown at checkout), or by Venmo, Cash App or Zelle.

Failed payments. If an automatic payment fails, we will retry it and let you know so you can update your payment method. Visits may be paused until the account is current.

Results

Weeds that break through are treated at your next scheduled visit. Premium program customers also get free re-treat visits between applications, when conditions are safe for the lawn. Lawn results depend on weather, watering, mowing and soil, so specific outcomes aren’t guaranteed.

SMS Terms

Thriving Lawns sends text messages to customers and estimate requesters who opt in, for example by checking the text-message box on our website forms. Messages are about your own service: estimate follow-ups, visit reminders, “service complete” notes with lawn care instructions, invoices and payment links, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies, usually 2–6 messages a month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You’ll get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

• Opting in is never required to get an estimate or service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
